Table Tennis

Table tennis has proven to be a very fun team sport in Scoil Pádraig Naofa. Each year, the senior classes participate in table tennis leagues where they learn and improve on their table tennis skills, including hand grip, standing position and footwork. Table tennis is a very beneficial sport as it offers great body-mind stimulation, aerobic exercise, hand-eye co-ordination and social interaction. Our children are very fortunate in to have a range of table tennis equipment available here in our school, including 4 professional tables, bats and nets. In addition we collaborate with Table Tennis Ireland to avail of coaching services, which is an invaluable resource.
